Mr. Ashok Gupta is a Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Chairman of the Company. He is responsible for overall operations of the Company. He is having a huge & knowledgeable experience of 44 years in the business activities in Telecom Industry, Construction, Import of Mobile Handset and Accessories. Mr. Ashok Gupta has the excellent quality of entrepreneurship as well as involvement in top managerial related assignments. He has promoted various companies in the field of Communication, Telecom, Construction and Allied Industries.

Mr. Neetesh Gupta is a Non- Executive & Non-Independent Director holds Master Degree in Business Management from Nottingham University, England and has rich experience of trading in telecommunication sector. His services would be of great value for the Company’s progress and growth in Business Development in domestic as well as international market.

Mr N.K. Jain is a science graduate and has completed his law degree from Delhi University in 1974. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an honorary fellow member of The Institute of Certified Public Secretaries – Kenya.

Mr. Gauri Shankar is a science graduate from Delhi University in 1976. He has completed his CAIIB-I from the Indian Institute of Bankers in July, 1980. He has an experience of more than 47 years in the field of Finance and Banking which includes more than 14 years of managerial experience in senior positions. Mr. Gauri Shankar is presently a member of Settlement Advisory Committee of IFCI (a Government of India Finance Company), Infomerics Valuation & Rating Pvt. Ltd. (Credit Rating Company) and External Professional (Expert) Risk Management Advisory Committee.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Srivastava is a, Fellow Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India, Post Graduate in Commerce, Bachelors in Law, Active Member of ASSOCHAM , Merchant chamber of UP, Former Chairman of NIRC, Former Chairman of Kanpur Chapter of ICSI, Ex- Director of Metropolitan Clearing Corporation of India Limited, having experience of more than three decades and worked as Company Secretary in various organizations. Presently, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Srivastava is a Managing Director of Rana Corporate Advisors Private Limited and Independent Director of Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited, Mumbai.

Ms. Ritu Goyal is a lawyer by profession and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has more than 16 years of experience in Corporate Litigation, Civil Litigation, Contract Management, Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate Governance, Restructuring, Compliance, Finance, marketing & branding. She has been serving as an Independent Director on the Board of some of the renowned brands in India and has been member of various committees across big corporate houses including Internal Compliant Committee formed under Prevention of Sexual Harassment laws for women. She is associated with various Non-Profit Organisations and a member of various clubs engaged in entertainment and knowledge sharing activities at large. Ms. Goyal is a partner in M/s. Naks & Partners, Multifaceted International Law Firm, and responsible for Corporate Litigation, Contract Management, Compliance Management, Corporate Finance and Civil Litigation.
